Shipping policy

For any order placed through our website, please allow up to 72 hours until your item(s) are ready for shipment. We try to accommodate rush orders when possible, but please contact info@simoneatpalmettobluff.com or call us at (843) 706-2111 if you’d like your order to be expedited. Additional shipping fees may apply. 

Orders will arrive within 7 days via USPS, or UPS for large or heavy orders.

Shipping is dependent upon the weight and dimensions of the items purchased. Items purchased by customers in South Carolina will be subject to the requisite state tax. If an item is too heavy to be mailed via USPS or UPS, we will contact you regarding white-glove shipping methods.
